European Waldorf Doll Making Retreat 2020 Terms and Conditions


Please read the terms and conditions carefully before accessing the bookings on workshops.


I agree to and have read the rules and regulations stated below before I book my ticket:

By participating to the Seminar you engage to our service available to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.


Registrations will be considered in the order of their entrance booking. Deposit of entry and workshop fees have to be made before the event. Only payments received prior to the event can be considered and entitled to participation.


Entry fee can be made through the website by Pal Pay, Ideal or bank transfer.

Payments for workshops are to be made direct through the tutors as advised on the website. Entry fee is non refundable.

In the entry fee are included administration and organization costs, tea and coffee, use of sewing machine, possibility to offer an own handmade item at the Textile Market, usage of second kitchen.

Not included: meals, accommodation and taxi drive.


 Booking your entry ticket is immediate. After this you can book a workshop with the individual teachers. If you have not received an email confirmation within 48 hours please notify us.


The organization reserves the right to make a seat available again if registration fee and class fee has not been received in full within 7 days.


At cancellation within 4 weeks of the event there is a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellation between 4 weeks and 8 weeks from the event incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation more than 8 weeks from the event incurs a 15% cancellation fee.
Entry fee is non refundable.

You must notify us in writing of your withdrawal and cancellation.

In case of a workshop cancellation due to illness of the tutor, insufficient number of participants, as well as other events for which we are not responsible or force majeure, there shall be no claim on the organization in having the workshop not take place.


 In the event that the Retreat cannot take place due to circumstances outside our control we hold the right to postpone or cancel our assignment without any legal or financial liability towards the participants. In this case a full refund of all funds will be given. However the organization is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the attendees, such as, but not limited to, non-refundable air tickets or other transportation and lodging.


The organization is not liable for injuries, loss or damage caused whilst on the event to personal possessions, be it indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. Therefore please make sure your insurance is settled before your trip. Take care of your personal belongings during the event.


 Instructions will be sent to all participants before the start of the event. If you have not received your instructions 72 hours before the event please notify us through our email.

4. Taxi Fee €15,-


We welcome you to the meet and greet day on the 10th June, the official opening of the event.  A great way to meet up and get acquainted with tutors and participants.

will update those attending next years event on all practical matters regarding the Doll Retreat as from start of the registration to date of event.
